Whole Heart Listeners – Phone Session Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Whole Heart Listeners for your confidential phone listening sessions. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience, please review our phone session booking policy below. ✅ Booking Phone Sessions All phone sessions must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking platform. You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and call details once your booking is complete. Please ensure the phone number you provide is correct so we can reach you at the scheduled time. ⏰ Session Timing Our listener will call you at the scheduled start time using the number you provided. Please make sure you are available and in a quiet, private space to take the call. If you do not answer, we will attempt two follow-up calls within the first 10 minutes. If there is still no answer, the session will be marked as a no-show and counted as used. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you answer late. 🔄 Rescheduling and Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your phone session up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 12 hours’ notice will count as a used session. No-shows (not answering the phone at the time of the session) will also count as a used session. 💳 Payments and Refunds All phone sessions and packages must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Booked sessions are non-refundable. Session canceled more than 12 hours in advance, can be rescheduled. Packages (such as the Whole Heart Circle) are non-refundable. 🤝 Respectful Communication Whole Heart Listeners provides a safe, judgment-free space over the phone for all clients. We ask that clients treat our listeners with respect during calls. Any inappropriate, or threatening behavior will result in the immediate termination of the call without refund and may lead to suspension of future services. 🔒 Confidentiality and Privacy All phone conversations are confidential and will not be recorded or stored. We will only break confidentiality if required by law (e.g., in cases of expressed intent to harm yourself or others).
